Calling all MTG fans! If you're looking for a way to add some serious shine to your collection, look no further than the Four Knights MTG Foil Booster Pack. I recently bought one for my husband, who's a huge MTG fan, and he absolutely loves it! Here's why this booster pack gets 5 stars from us:Guaranteed Unique Foils: No more duplicates! This pack delivers on its promise of 30 unique foil cards, ensuring you get a fresh injection of excitement and strategic possibilities for your deck building.Always a Bonus: My husband has noticed a delightful trend with these packs – they often include an extra card! Whether this is intentional by Four Knights or not, it's a fantastic surprise that adds even more value to the purchase.Great Quality: The cards themselves are in "Near Mint" condition, which is perfect for collectors and players alike. You won't find any bent, scratched, or damaged cards here!Wide Variety: One of the things my husband really appreciates is that these packs can potentially include cards from all MTG sets. This means you have the chance to unearth some hidden gems and nostalgic favorites to add to your collection.Overall Impression:If you're looking for a way to add some excitement and variety to your MTG experience, the Four Knights Foil Booster Pack is a fantastic option. It's a great value, packed with unique cards, and always seems to include a delightful little bonus. My husband is definitely a fan, and I can see him reaching for these packs again and again. For MTG enthusiasts who love the thrill of finding special cards, this booster pack is a guaranteed win!
The cards I received are just as described and all are near mint or like new. They do exhibit a pretty typical amount of curvature, but unless it's your first time buying Magic foils, you probably already know to expect that. The assortment is OK, but I hesitate to call it good. Since cards are from a many different sets, there aren't a ton of synergies to be found, so it's hard for me to get a great sense of what format(s) a pack like this might best support. A couple packs might be nice for a kitchen table Commander group to share. Otherwise, I think the next best thing might be to get a few more to run a Cube for a special occasion.A few cards are things I might consider playing or have played in limited constructed formats, but with all of the cards being commons or uncommons, there's not much wow factor for nearly $10. Adding the cards to my collection database, there was only one with a median value of $0.30 - all of the others were $0.25 or less. That still means it would be around $8 to pick up all of these at my LGS, assuming I wanted them all, so the pack isn't a great value, but it's not terrible either. I would feel more comfortable recommending this with at least a couple low value rares in the mix.Breaking my pack down by the numbers, I received:30 cards with no repeats28 regular foils, 1 showcase foil, 1 etched foil19 common, 11 uncommon13 different sets from 2019-20237 Modern Horizons 2, 5 Throne of Eldraine, 4 Double Masters 2022, 4 The Brothers' War, 3 Kaldheim, 1 Innistrad: Crimson Vow, 1 Innistrad: Midnight Hunt, 1 Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, 1 March of the Machine: Multiverse Legends (etched), 1 Strixhaven: School of Mages, 1 Wilds of Eldraine, 1 Unfinity (showcase), 1 Zendikar RisingOverall, I can't really recommend this pack unless you have something specific in mind to do with a random assortment of commons and uncommons. On the other hand, there is nothing wrong with the cards and the pack contains what it says on the label.
